Please review the QC photos carefully before confirming QC. If you notice anything wrong in the QC photos, contact us immediately; we can arrange an immediate return or exchange. Once QC is confirmed, you accept the QC result, and we are no longer responsible for issues that were visible in the QC photos.
Panda Vault acts only as a purchasing agent. If you do not agree with these terms, please tell us immediately and we can issue a full refund right away, before we continue processing your order. If you agree, we will continue.
We are responsible only if your parcel is detained or seized by customs. We are not responsible for sizing or fit issues, including items running small, quality issues, delivery after the carrier marks the parcel as delivered, or loss or theft after delivery, including a parcel left at your door.
For transparency, our gross margin is approximately $4 per pair before labor, rent, and other operating costs.
